Before You Delete Your Account
By confirming account closure, you agree that LF Lending will start processing your account closure request.
All your account‑related personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 calendar days after the request is approved.
Please note: you must settle all outstanding loan obligations before closing your account. Any unsettled loan balance will prevent account closure.
After your account has been successfully closed, you will not be able to access your loan history, coupons or other account benefits.
You are eligible to re‑register for a new account using the same mobile phone number after 7 calendar days from the completion of closure.
When you log in again with this mobile number, a completely new account will be created, and all previous historical data cannot be restored.
After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in, submit applications, view historical orders or billing records, or access previous account information through the app.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or record-keeping purposes.
For your protection, LF LENDING may verify your identity before processing this request. This helps prevent unauthorized account deletion.
